Dr. Randall opened Comprehensive Chiropractic in 1991. He is a native of Michigan and comes from a family of Chiropractic History. His father, brother and sister are all Chiropractors. Dr. Randall is happily married for 32 years to wife Vicki and they have two daughters and a son. Dr. Randall loves being outdoors. When he isn’t adjusting patients he is spending time with his family. He also enjoys running, camping, gardening and golfing!
Dr. Randall has 33 years experience treating musculoskeletal problems and injuries. He specializes in sports injuries, auto accidents injuries and loves to treat headaches, neck pain and low back pain. He has a strong passion for helping people return to optimal health and quality living. He will listen to you and get to the real cause of your distinct problem. He does not just adjust, but rather looks for the origin of the problem, detects it and uses various techniques, including soft tissue rehabilitation, muscle stimulation, ultrasound, hot packs and of course a very specific and complete adjustment.
Dr. Hailey Randall is a 3rd generation Chiropractor and graduated from Life University. She went further to obtain her functional medicine training through The Institute for Functional Medicine. Dr. Hailey has been surrounded by the benefits of Chiropractic care since she was born and developed a passion for functional medicine during her time in undergraduate college. She specializes in fertility, hormonal balance, and thyroid conditions and is not limited to her specialty. Within Chiropractic, Dr. Hailey believes in the power of wellness care and maintaining proper movement throughout the spine for optimal function. She practices Thompson Drop, Diversified, Activator, and Arthrostim techniques.
Dr. Hailey also enjoys baking, painting, and staying active. She is an avid runner and certified personal trainer. Dr. Hailey coaches at Orange Theory Fitness and loves to empower people to stay active and use movement as a form of medicine. She follows in the footsteps of her father, Dr. Eric, and Grandfather, Dr. Allen to continue the Chiropractic legacy throughout the generations. Dr. Hailey practiced in Georgia for a year before returning back to Asheville, NC to continue to practice alongside her father.
Dr. Hailey’s mission is to empower, educate, and inspire each person to live to their highest potential. She is so excited to be serving the area of Asheville with Chiropractic care and functional medicine.
